Healthy Holiday Eating

Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a different kind of pie every night of the week...the holidays are full of delicious foods. For those of us trying to eat healthily, the holiday food found at both home and office can offer a seemingly insurmountable temptation.

On Tuesday, November 13 at 7pm, the Marshall Public Library will host a program on healthy holiday eating. Audrey Liddil, a Family and Consumer Science education for the Bannock County Extension Office, will discuss maintaining good nutrition habits even in the midst of all the savory seasonal treats.

This program is free and open to the public. For more information, please call Amy at 232-1263 ext. 21.
